Heili Bridal’s Privacy Policy is based on the Personal Data Act (523/1999) 10§ and 24§.

When person subscribes to Heili Bridal’s email list they give their email address to be used by Heili Bridal. People in charge of said email address are Valentin Silvennoinen and Iida Silvennoinen. The email addresses are only used for sharing useful information between Heili Bridal Oy and it’s clients. Heilibridal.com website doesn’t store client’s bank or credit card data.

3. Purpose for handling personal data

All registered personal data is based on client relationship between Heili Bridal and our clients. Registering personal data is based on the client’s consent, commission or other business relations.

Personal data may be used for handling the client’s relationship and customer service. Data may also be used for executing, developing and tracking communication and marketing related to said matter.

Heili Bridal Oy follows the Personal Data Act, Act on the Protection of Privacy, Information Security and other laws related to information security and good policy.

4. Why we have a client register

The register is kept in order to share valuable information for Heili Bridal’s clients and also to keep a client register. The register may be used for client surveys, sharing information, operation development, and keeping statistics. Personal data is handled according the Personal Data Act.

Our information comes from the client or actions associated with the client’s use of service and communication.

Heili Bridal Oy never shares registered client information with third parties.

9. Storing personal data

Client data is password protected. The data is only stored as long as it is relevant and appropriate. The client can ask Heili Bridal to erase all data related to them by contacting info(a)heilibridal.com.

When client unsubscribes from newsletter their data will be erased from the register immediately.

10. Register protection

The register won’t be shared with third parties. Using the register requires acces to Heili Bridal’s network. Register is stored on a password-protected server. Heili Bridal Oy has composed privacy principles and follows the policy based on those.

When the register is in manual form it will be stored in Heili Bridal’s property which is locked from third parties. The electric data is accessible only for those with access rights to Heili Bridal’s internal network and those who need the data for Heili Bridal’s business.

11. Inspection right

Registered person has right to inspect what data related to them is stored in the client register. Send inspection request to info(a)heilibridal.com.

The client may ask Heili Bridal to revise information related to them.

Heili Bridal Oy corrects, removes or refills any personal data that is incorrect, unnecessary, insufficient or outdated for the purpose of processing the customer register. This may be done spontaneously or by the request of a registered client. The client can make any correction request by sending an email to Heili Bridal Oy’s customer service.
