Heili Bridal Oy a clothing brand located in Kouvola, Finland.

Heili Bridal makes bridal accessories and gowns. We also make made to measure products like evening and wedding gowns based on the client’s desire. Heili Bridal does styling and costume design for photoshoots, music videos and theatre. Heili Bridal also has an online shop.

 

2. Prices and payments

Prices on our website are in Euro (€) and they include the Finnish VAT 24%. Payments are handled via Stripe or Paypal. Heili Bridal doesn’t handle credit card information.

Our bills have 14 days payment term unless otherwise stated.

Shipping isn’t included in the prizes unless otherwise stated.

Heili Bridal isn’t responsible for customs or other fees that may apply.

 

3. Made to measure and alteration

3.1 Placing an order

Details for simple made to measure products can be arranged via email. Then the client should give Heili Bridal all the relevant information (for example measurements, material choice, colour).

We prefer setting a meeting with the client so we can sit down and discuss about the client’s desires and budget. If you are ordering a wedding dress for example, in this meeting we will take notes so we can make about 10 dress sketches for the next meeting. In the second meeting the client chooses their preferable style based on the sketches (at this point alterations are still possible). We give an estimated price based on the design the client chooses. The final price will be +/-10%.

We send a confirmation via email. If something looks wrong, please contact us in 7 days.

3.2 Payment

For made to measure orders and alteration services the only payment method is bill. We send the bill via email. We take 150€ initial payment when order is made. This fee is included in the final price. The initial payment won’t be returned if the order gets cancelled.

Rest of the payments can be divided. The order must be paid fully before the product is handed over.

For alterations services the bill will be given to the client in paper or via email when the product is handed over or shipped.

All orders have 14 days payment term unless otherwise stated. We use Isolta Archimedes for billing.

 

3.3 Producing

We start making made to measure orders right away when the initial payment is showing on our account.

The process includes unique pattern made for the client’s measurements, pattern drafting to the desired style, 3-6 fitting, materials (if you have a specific material we can use that too), sewing and cutting, and a garment bag.

During the crafting process the client can still make small changes to the style if those don’t interrupt the overall process. Bigger changes will be billed separately. If you are unsure just ask!

 

3.4 Delivering the order

Made to measure orders and altered garments are mainly handed over in person. In some cases we can ship the order via Finnish Post service or Matkahuolto. These cases will be arranged specifically. The client is responsible of the shipping fees.

 

3.5 Returns and refunds

Made to measure products can’t be returned or refunded.

Heili Bridal Oy hands over only first class products. If there happens to be any errors we fix those without additional payment. Before returning a flawed product contact us via email within 14 days. Add pictures of the error and write us what is wrong. Heili Bridal will compensate a reported shipping fee caused by the return.

Heili Bridal makes sure to pack every product carefully for shipping so we don’t take responsibility if goods damaged during shipping.

4. Online shop

Heili Bridal has an online store to sell products.

 

4.1 Ordering

To order our products see our Shop. 

 

4.2 Payment

The payment transactions are handled via Klarna.

 

4.3 Producing

We start making the product when the payment is fully made. Crafting time varies from few days to two weeks. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to be informed about the current producing times before you place an order. Usually we are able to fill a rush order.

 

4.4 Delivery

Delivery in Finland is via Matkahuolto or Finnish Post service. World wide shippings is via Finnish Post service or UPS. It is possible to get a tracking number for your order. Shipping fees are added to the price and will be shown on the checkout. We use Shipit ho handle delivery.

4.5 Returns

Heili Bridal doesn’t accept returns.

Heili Bridal changes or fixes an flawed item. Before returning a flawed item, please contact us via email within 14 days. Attach pictures of the flawed product along with a description. Heili Bridal will compensate a reported shipping fee caused by the return.

Heili Bridal makes sure to pack every product carefully for shipping so we don’t take responsibility if goods are damaged during shipping.

 

 

 

5. Newsletter

For customers that have subscribed Heili Bridal sends Newsletters. The recipients are from Heili Bridal’s email list. Heili Bridal can maintain more than one email list. These email lists have been formed for different purposes and content. You can read more how we handle the information from our Privacy Policy. We use MailChimp for sending the newsletters.

 

5.1 Content

About 30% of our newsletters are sale letters and 70% are informative letters with useful, free content. The main content of newsletters is wedding planning, wedding- and party clothing and maintaining happy relationships.

 

5.2 Subscribing

The subscribing is done through electric sign up form maintained by MailChimp. When subscribing the subscriber gives their first name and email address.

 

5.3 Unsubscribing

If you want to unsubscribe from Heili Bridal’s email list you can do it by clicking the “Unsubscribe”-link that can be found at the end of every email from Heili Bridal. You don’t receive anymore emails. If you’ve subscribed for more than one email list you need to unsubscribe from each of those separately.

 

6. Immaterial rights

The content and web page by Heili Bridal are copyrighted and they cannot be copied or used without linking or referring to Heili Bridal.

 

7. Disagreement

We apply the Finnish Law to any disagreements that can’t be solved otherwise.

 

8. Changing the Terms of Service

Heili Bridal Oy holds the rights to change the terms of service whenever needed.
